Brian and Kim {Temecula Engagement Photographer}

I am TOO excited to be working this year with Courtney Allison, of Fairy Tale Creations Photography in Temecula. Courtney has most generously allowed me to second-shoot for her for some weddings coming up this summer- so stay tuned!
Brian and Kim fell into modeling for their engagement pictures super fast. They were naturals! We had a great time and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know them and working with Courtney. I LOVE the way their images turned out. The lighting was amazing.
I still have opening for weddings this summer if you are interested. If so, hop on over to my website (link to right), click on contact and shoot me off a message. To see more of Brian and Kim's session, click the link above and check out Courtney's work. She's amazing.

Mariah Senior Pictures- Inland Empire Senior Photographer

Mariah and I had a blast taking her senior pictures last Thursday. The lady at Savala Ranch was kind enough to let us use their beautiful orchard to start out. Spring is incredible here in Southern California and it's actually green! It was a gorgeous scene taking her pictures as the sun was setting. I love the sun at that time of day- you can't help but feel beautiful just being a part of it.
If you are interested in taking pictures there's still time to schedule with me. For pricing and packages checkout my website (link to right).

Matt and Rachel- Inland Empire Wedding Photographer

Last Saturday I had the opportunity to go to Salt Lake City and second-shoot for my friend and seriously talented photographer, Sheena Jibson. I have wanted to shoot with Sheena for a while so I called her to see if she'd let me come practice with her at a wedding and she was happy to let me come.
The weather in Salt Lake in Spring can be a little....unpredictable. It was beeeeautiful the day before the wedding but the forecast looked a little nasty. 80% chance of rain/snow all day. YUCK. I prayed it would be different but it was determined to be an ugly day that day. All day it snowed this wet and slushy snow and the ground was all wet and it was just....really unpleasant (to say the least).
There were 44 weddings at the Salt Lake City LDS temple that day, but I'm pretty sure none of them noticed that the weather was bad. They never complained. They were so happy to be married that they didn't care.
So, oh well, conditions weren't ideal......but now I know how to shoot in the snow/rain with frozen fingers/toes and wet pants (which I'm pretty sure won't happen a lot here in California).
But every experience makes me a better photographer. Which is why I'll never stop learning. I love what I get to do and the moments I get to witness and capture. It's so rewarding.
Here are Matt and Rachel's pictures for your enjoyment...

The Paulson's

Got to take pics of these guys at the beginning of this month and am just getting them on here. I'm a little behind. But the good new is that I'm catching up.
These girls were SOOOO stinking cute to photograph. I was amazed at their attention span and willingness to cooperate. Most kids have worn out before I get a good one from them and it's torturous to get them to sit still for 2 more minutes. (okay, maybe that happened here too but I was comparing them to my boys...and I'm pretty sure girls are just a big more patient)
Enjoy!
